Sifting the wheat from the chaff...  After ten years of selling houses, the last eight of which as a
negotiator for Savills in Salisbury, Charlotte Miller now runs a property search and buying service.
Taking the drudgery out of the search for a house, she explores all possible options, sifts through and
discards anything unsuitable, and reports back with a shortlist of houses together with an unbiased
view of the pros and cons.

Clients reap the benefit of her local knowledge and negotiating experience to find the house they
want, at the right price and with minimum hassle. She aims to introduce you to houses you might not otherwise hear about and to ensure that your purchase is a sound investment.

To avoid any conflict of interest she can only take on a handful of clients at any one time. The fee is
based on 1½% of the purchase price.
