Minu's Finest Indian Cuisine
Born in Mombassa, Kenya, beside the Indian Ocean, Minu has spent her life immersed
in the cooking traditions of India. Now she is using her skills and love of food to produce
exotic dishes and catering for dinners of 10 people to banquets of 150 people.
Quality ingredients, meat or vegetarian, the finest herbs and spices, traditional and speciality
recipes (you must try the bhajiis), give rise to a myriad of intricate dishes: starters,
main courses, accompaniments, puddings, fruits, snacks and drinks. Minu can help you
choose a great menu for your special evening.
Minu also runs courses in Indian cookery. These take place in her own kitchen and take
the form of a series of social evenings where a small group, under Minu's guidance, prepare,
cook and taste a set of dishes and accompaniments.
