Rosalind's Chocolates

Beautifully packaged and made from all natural, top quality ingredients, these fresh handmade
chocolates
are simply delicious.

Spurred on by a lifelong passion for chocolate, Rosie started her business just under a year ago
after completing courses in chocolate making and food hygiene. Her chocolates come in a
range of flavours and variations including several organic varieties and solid chocolate shapes
and figures made especially for children.

Taste is paramount and only real ingredients are permitted. Fresh double cream and the finest
quality chocolate form the basis of the ganache, to which ingredients such as champagne, pure
vanilla extract or freshly chopped crystallized ginger may be added. Made entirely without preservatives
(found in so many chocolates to increase the shelf life) they do need to be eaten quickly, preferably
within one week of purchase – but somehow Rosie doesn't think that will be a problem!
